REFUND POLICY

ART. 6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

a) Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 205/06, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and methods set out below. b) The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, within 15 days from the delivery date. c) If the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, he must make the return request following the procedure indicated. The items must be returned and arrive intact and in the same condition in which they were received, equipped with the original packaging and tags indicating the bar code and any other material that is part of the packaging. d) In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer provided for in the previous points have been respected, ENRICO COLETTI will refund the sales price of the purchased item by direct credit to the card used for payment or to the PayPal account, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by our logistics. e) The consumer who wishes to change size or color can place a new order. f) In case of returns following errors on the part of the ENRICO COLETTI Company. (wrong size, non-compliant colour, etc.) simply send an email to m.mascolo@missbikini.com indicating the order number / tax receipt number / items you wish to return and briefly explaining your request. In this case the Company will respond to you as soon as possible providing all the information necessary for the correct resolution of the problem.
